• Custom mixing and custom formulating of certified raw materials is performed in our rubber manufacturing facility and fully tested for physical properties, as well as ASTM, MIL, and customer specifications.
  
  
• Custom molding and compression, transfer, and injection molding utilize electric and steam heated presses up to 500°F and 300 tons of pressure.
  
  
• Pierce-Roberts Rubber Co. is highly competent in rubber to metal bonding. We bond to plated metal, steel, aluminum, brass and copper, and custom alloys and we are capable of producing these pieces in high volumes.
  
  
• Finishing is accomplished by hand, cold and dry tumbling, cryoblasting, deburring, and high-speed separation punches as well as close tolerance grinding to meet exact requirements.
